Wildflower

My new hobby is songwriting with AI. I write the lyrics and the AI creates the music. “Wildflower” turned out particularly good, so it seemed worth sharing here.

Wildflower

She's not easily shut down when
She gets her mind all set,
And perhaps someday she'll just give up
But I wouldn't take that bet.

When the sky falls down, she doesn't run
From the fearful falling night;
She just gathers up the broken sun
And turns back on the light.

Knock her down, she rises up,
And stands upon her feet.
She grows stronger in the strangest ways
like a flower in the street.

Whoa-oh-oh
Reaching through the cracks
Reaching through the stone
Blossom in my heart
(oh, oh)
Wildflower
uh uh uh

She parlays with the bees and
She whispers to the rain
She dances on the hilltops and
The wind calls out her name.

The floods and quakes and thunder clouds
That try to stop her find
There's no storm or force of nature
That is stronger than her mind.

Knock her down, she rises up,
And stands upon her feet.
She grows stronger in the strangest ways
like a flower in the street.

Whoa-oh-oh
Reaching through the cracks
Reaching through the stone
Blossom in my heart
(oh, oh)
Wildflower
uh uh uh

bluebell, poppy, buttercup
fireweed and wild rose,
through pain and grief and trampling
still the wildflower grows
(grows)

Whoa-oh-oh
Reaching through the cracks
Reaching through the stone
Blossom in my heart
(oh, oh)
Wildflower
uh uh uh
